Physical Gift Vouchers/Certificates
As of May 2025 we have moved all our gift vouchers to online eCards and discontinued physical printed vouchers, in order to honour our commitment to reduce as much waste as possible. Don’t worry, all existing vouchers will still be honoured.
If you are having trouble purchasing online, please drop in to the studio and we can give you a hand, or reach out to the studio by emailing or texting us.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Transfers to another recipient are at the discretion of the studio and only with written approval of the studio owner.
- Expiry is 36 months from the date of purchase.
- You must present the digital code sent to you to redeem the amount. If the digital code is lost or stolen it may not be able to be redeemed.
- Please bring the code with you (either as a printout or email) to your appointment along with photo ID for verification.
- It cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused value will be remain until use.
- Limit of one per recipient for any single session, and $1000 cap per certificate.
- Use as a booking deposit is at the discretion of the studio, and is non refundable.
